30-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Byserata. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase. Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email service@byserata.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will review your request and send you return instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label. For returns due to size, fit or preference, you are responsible for return-shipping costs. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before sending it so we can arrange the appropriate return instructions.
Send the item only after receiving our instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Our current return address is: Room 723, 25th Floor, Building 1, No. 46 Dianchang Road, High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. Please follow the return instructions we email you before shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you receive your order if an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color or style, contact us to arrange a return of the original item. You can then place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact service@byserata.com.
