Materials & fit
Are all Byserata pieces made from 100% silk?
Yes. The main fabric in our current collection is 100% mulberry silk. Design details such as lace, cut and fabric weight vary by style; check each product’s Material section and size guide for the piece you choose.
Is silk the same as satin?
Silk is a fiber; satin is a type of weave that can be made from different fibers. A silky look alone does not confirm a garment’s composition. Read our mulberry silk guide for more detail.
What is the difference between a nightgown and a dress?
Nightgowns are primarily styled for sleep and time at home. Our Dresses collection focuses on styles that can be worn beyond bedtime. How should I choose my size?
Use the size guide on the individual product page and compare its measurements with a similar garment you already own. Fit can vary by cut. Where available, the chart shows both inches and centimeters; if you are unsure, email service@byserata.com with the product link and the fit you prefer.
How do I care for a silk piece?
Hand wash gently in cool water with a detergent suitable for silk. Avoid bleach, prolonged soaking, scrubbing and wringing. Press out excess moisture with a clean towel, then dry flat in the shade away from heat and direct sunlight. If needed, iron on a low setting from the reverse side with a pressing cloth. Shipping & returns
Do you offer free U.S. shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is free. Orders generally ship within 3 business days; the current estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–15 business days. See the shipping policy for details.
Is express shipping available?
Express shipping is listed at $8.99, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. View shipping details.
Can I return a sale or discounted item?
Yes. Sale and discounted items follow the same 30-day return window as regular-priced items, provided they meet the return conditions: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Email service@byserata.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item you wish to return. For a return due to fit or preference, return shipping is paid by the customer. Please wait for return instructions before sending it. Read the full return policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take longer to post them.
